Terms of Service

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use GenerateImages. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, depicts real people without consent, or violates our content policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

3. Credits & Billing

Generation and editing actions consume credits according to your plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Credits are non-transferable. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund, which forms part of these terms.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your card statement will show Dodo Payments rather than GenerateImages.

4. Ownership & Licensing

Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate. Every plan, including the free plan, carries a commercial license: you may use what you generate in your products, advertising, packaging and client work, with no attribution required and no per-use royalty.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenerateImages is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes & Contact
